It is primarily intended for separation of kernels from seed corn cobs, without damaging of kernels. it is accomplished by corn-on-corn and corn-on-cob sheling action. The sheller MSH-25 have a specially designed „shellers shaft“.
Sheller consists of following parts:
1. Basic construction
2. Sheller with „shellers shaft“, specially designed shaft with ribs
3. Rough cylindrical cleaners, the kernels and rough impurities are passing through it
4. Aspiration system with piping
5. Necessary hoppers (made of steel sheets), schute and safety guards
6. Drive group, which consists of:
  • Electromotor with belt and pulley, for drive of “shellers shaft”
  • Two electromotor reducers with belts and pulleys, for drive of rough cylindrical cleaners
  • Electromotor for drive of aspiration system
